Frequently Asked Questions
You’re not lost.
You’ve simply reached a moment that asks to be seen.
Maybe you’re between things. Maybe something’s ending, or just beginning. Maybe you’ve found your way here by instinct. That happens often.
I work in ways that don’t always make sense at first - through energy, light, intuition, and the quiet patterns most people miss. I don’t force answers. I listen. I watch. I read the energy. I pay attention to the light that surrounds people and moments - because it’s never just light. It’s communication. It holds memory, truth, potential.
This is what I’ve always done. It’s how I move through the world - by noticing what’s unseen and helping others understand what it means.
Over time, that’s taken many shapes: One-on-one sessions, moments of deep grief, unexpected breakthroughs, sacred thresholds. I’ve sat with people in hospitals, studios, family kitchens. Sometimes it’s about direction. Sometimes it’s about peace. Sometimes it’s simply about being heard.
I’ve walked through chronic pain, highly sensitive states, emotional intensity. I know what it’s like to hold space while still healing. To be cracked open and still capable of deep care.
You don’t need to be anyone but yourself here. There are no performances. No prerequisites. Just a willingness to meet what’s true - and to see where it might lead.
Whether you’re seeking guidance, clarity, connection, or simply a way forward, you’re welcome here.
And when you’re ready - we’ll begin.
My Work
The Work
What I do isn’t about performance or prediction. It’s soul-to-soul work.
Just like Reiki. Just like prana. Energy moves in and through—alive, intelligent, responsive. Sometimes it reveals. Sometimes it softens. Sometimes it clears space for something new to take root.
In session, that energy flows where it needs to go. Like breath. Like light. Like the moment right before something shifts.
Sometimes clarity rises—quiet, strong, undeniable. Sometimes it’s more subtle—a seed planted, a pattern gently untangling. This work is especially helpful for those navigating grief, transition, soul awakenings, uncertainty, illness, endings, or beginnings.
It’s not “read and fix” work.
It’s resonance work.
Energy meeting energy. Light meeting light.
My practice is intuitive, yes—but it’s also grounded in years of experience, deep presence, and a lifelong trust in what unfolds when we listen closely to both the seen and unseen.
Over the years, I’ve offered this work in many forms—on air, in sacred circles, at corporate gatherings, and in quiet, one-on-one sessions where time seems to stretch.
Years ago, I co-hosted and produced Wisdom Within Radio, a live call-in show on Seattle’s Top Talk 1150AM, where spirit met the airwaves in real time. The show became a finalist twice in the Best of Western Washington Awards, with the support of over 30,000 listeners.
That season of work opened the door to Intuitive Together (est. 2011) and Lyndsey’s Intuitive Wellness Circle (est. 2017)—two communities built on care, reciprocity, and the deep knowing that we were never meant to navigate all of this alone.
What I offer now is a mirror. A current. A consecrated space to remember who you are beneath the noise.
I’ll help you swim when the waters rise— but I won’t take away your ability to move forward on your own.
Soul meets soul. And the energy knows exactly what to do.
What I Value
What I Value
I want people to feel calm enough to feel good in their own body again - not because I’m doing something to them, but because the space allows it.
That said, we don’t always have unlimited time. This work moves best when it’s met with intention. That’s why I ask at the beginning of every session: What do you want from this?
If you don’t know, that’s okay - we’ll go where the energy leads. But if you do, say it. Name it. Shape it. This is your time. I’m just the mirror, the translator, the companion.
I value truth, but not the kind that cuts for no reason. I value freedom, but not if it bypasses the body. And I value love - but only the kind that asks nothing in return.
I had to unlearn a lot to get here. Non-attachment that turned into emotional avoidance. Spiritual bypassing disguised as discipline. Dissociation masquerading as peace. I had to learn how to stay in my body - through pranayama, through the yamas and niyamas, through every breath I asked my clients to take for themselves.
To me, spiritual integrity means not using power to preach. It means no guilt. No judgment. No dogma. It means showing up with compassion, clarity, and a little bit of humor when it’s needed most.
I hold people in the light of their higher self - not to fix them, but to help them remember the blueprint they came here with. And I honor that each person has their own pace, their own path, their own way of arriving.
This work is flexible. My offerings are, too. If you’re ready, we’ll find what fits.
I don’t promise magic. I just promise to bring mine - and trust that yours will meet me halfway.
For Those Wondering If I’m “For You”
If you’re sensitive but strong, curious but skeptical, hopeful but tired - Welcome.
If you’ve been navigating chronic pain, deep transitions, or you’re standing in that strange space between worlds - you’re in the right place.
I work with people who don’t need convincing.
They just need a safe space to land and a clear signal in the noise.
Whether we meet once or walk together for years, I hope this space offers you sanctuary, insight, and a reminder: you were never lost - you were becoming.
Psychic vs Medium vs Intuitive?
What’s the difference between a Psychic, a Medium, and an Intuitive—and which one are you?
I’m all three.
As a Psychic, I read energy—past, present, and potential future patterns.
As a Medium, I communicate with spirits, including loved ones who’ve passed, guides, and helper beings.
As an Intuitive, I tune into subtle information—emotionally, spiritually, energetically—and respond to what’s underneath the surface.
In my sessions, these roles blend together. I don’t compartmentalize them; I follow what’s needed most for you in the moment.
What do you say to people who think this work is fake?
What do you say to people who think this work is fake?
It’s okay to question what you don’t understand. Healthy skepticism is part of being a discerning human.
But calling this work fake or a sham is often rooted in misunderstanding, fear, or outdated stereotypes. What I do doesn’t require belief to be real - it requires presence, willingness, and respect.
I’ve spent decades walking this path, working with people from all walks of life - including those who were deeply skeptical at first. And still, the messages came. The energy shifted. The healing happened.
This isn’t about convincing anyone.
It’s about showing up with clarity, integrity, and truth - and letting the work speak for itself.
